2. General principles
We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services, or where you have given your consent. The legal bases are, depending on the case, Art. 6(1)(a), (b), (c), or (f) GDPR.

The host processes the data collected via the website on our behalf. Processing is carried out on the basis of a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) and our legitimate interest in the secure and efficient provision of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Server log files
When you access the website, the hosting provider automatically collects information in server log files that your browser transmits:
- Browser type and version
- Operating system used
- Referrer URL
- Hostname of the accessing computer
- Time of the server request
- IP address
This data is not merged with other data sources. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for the technically error-free display and security of the website. Log files are automatically deleted after at most 10 days.
5. Contact via email
If you contact us by email, your details will be stored for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual/contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (processing enquiries). This data will be deleted once the request has been dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply.
6. Appointment booking via Calendly
On our contact page, we offer the possibility of booking an appointment via the service Calendly. The provider is Calendly LLC, 271 17th St NW, Atlanta, Georgia 30363, USA.
Calendly content is only loaded after your active consent (click on the corresponding button). No data is transmitted to Calendly beforehand. Upon loading, your IP address and any further data you enter (e.g. name, email, appointment request) are transmitted to Calendly and processed in the USA.
The legal basis for loading the content is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG. The transfer of data to the USA is based on EU standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 44 et seq. GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.
